British-Pakistani mountaineer Nadia Azad has achieved another milestone in her remarkable career by successfully summiting Mount Manaslu in Nepal, the world’s eighth-highest peak at 8,163 meters. She completed the climb early in the morning, once again demonstrating the same strength and determination that have defined her previous expeditions.
This latest accomplishment adds to her impressive record, which already includes conquering some of the world’s most challenging mountains such as Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Annapurna. With this success, Nadia has now become only the second Pakistani woman to scale four peaks over 8,000 meters—an extraordinary achievement that marks a historic moment for women in mountaineering and sports.
